Book on-line and pick-up 24/7 at your convenience. You can use the service through Liiteri.net page with a web browser OR with a separate Liiteri mobile application.
- Create an account
- Register
- Confirm your email address by clicking the link in the email you receive.
- Click the green “Confirm account” button on the top of the Liiteri page.
- Go to bank authentication by clicking the orange “Confirm account with bank authentication” button.
- Choose and reserve your product
- Browse products on the service front page “Rent items”.
- Click the product of your choice to view product details, to choose the date and number of hours for your reservation and the most suitable Liiteri-pick-up point for you. Note that the product availability may vary depending on the Liiteri pick-up point. You can find the Liiteri facility locations here
- Pay
- Proceed from reservation page to payment page (monthly subscribers make the reservation as pay-per-users, but at the payment phase the sum shows 0€)
- You can pay using the service in the following ways
- Pay-per-use: You pay for each rental separately based on a hourly fee and the number of hours in your reservation.
- Monthly subscription: Explore and buy here. For monthly subscribers the Liiteri becomes your personal equipment library. You just pay one monthly fee and all of the inventory is at your disposal according to the package you have chosen. No other pay-per-use hourly fees.
- Item pick up and return
- Pick-up and return the items at any time during the reservation time period from the self-service Liiteri facility from which you reserved them.
- Opening a Liiteri facility door
- When you are at the Liiteri facility, go to “My current bookings” page by either 1) following the link in the email you have received after making the reservation OR 2) Liiteri.net home page (upper right corner)
- On the “My current bookings” page you choose the Liiteri from which you reserved the item(s), and open the given Liiteri door by clicking the “Open” button on the page.
- Before the door opens you are asked to confirm that you are picking up or returning an item (not an accidental button press on your living room couch) and reminded to check the item condition and inform our customer service if something is out of order, otherwise you might be held liable for possible issues caused by the previous customer.
- You return that item in the same way.
- You can see your reservations by clicking the “My current bookings” button (top right corner) on the service home page.
